Hi Butch,
I had a friend that had a NCX3, it run 80, 40 and 20 and being a novice, he 
was restricted to two of them.  He got green with  envy when I would tell 
him about DX contacts on 15.  I went to a convention at Fort Walton Beach 
and got the chance to make a couple contacts  on his radio.  That was about 
all I could stand, he used the power supply hum as a side tone.  73
