Hi Paul,

That is the problem. I don't know how to find the name and location of the
driver. The printer driver is NOT listed in device manager, and the printer
properties dialog only allows for installation of a new driver but does not
show where and what the current driver is. If I am missing something, please
let me know. It would be helpful to have this info. This is on Windows 7 Pro
64-bit.

Peter,
If I recall, the listing of printer drivers gave the location (folder) and
name of the driver file(s).  You could always copy the file(s) individually
to a usb drive, etc.  Just a bit of a manual process.
