Hi there  I knew my ears were brning... here is my list of wants for accessibility
1 the radio must come up in speech mode, or be swithed to speech mode with a keyboard combination
2 distinctive beeps denoting wrapping of a menu, or band edges ect
3. speaking of frequency display no matter what is in it  i.e. frequency, or pl tone or dcs code
4. audible alert on lw battery, or better yet a way to read the battery voltage with the synthesizer 
and othe rnice things like beeps for high low power or pl r dcs on squelch or off with distincive beeps as well oh and somethign simple like a tone when you put the radio on the charger and when it's fully charged
