Hi group - I loaned my fave cookbook - the first Gluten Free Gourmet - to a
friend who is newly diagnosed...and want to make the "chocolate surprise
cake" (the one with the cooked pureed lentils).

 

Anybody out there with a copy who could scan in and e-mail me the recipe?
