Hello Listmates!

This week's makeover comes from Lois whose easy Italian cookie recipe has
been in the family long before she went gluten-free. Now Lois wants to make
this delicious and simple cookie she calls ANGINETTES
<http://glutenfreemakeovers.com/> to serve her family and maybe the entire
neighborhood this Easter. See how I made it over and give the recipe a try.
These humble cookies will be a staple in your house like they are in Lois's
house and in mine. Frost in pretty spring pastels for a festive look.

Eat Well- Be Well!
