Celiac Disease Foundation Founder Elaine Monarch and Executive Director Rita Hopkins will be attending the 14th International Coeliac(Celiac) Symposium in Oslo, Norway, from June 20 through June 22. The Conference will bring together the who's who from the celiac medical communities throughout the world, as well as representatives from key Celiac disease organizations such as Celiac Disease Foundation. On the Symposium agenda are many important topics addressing areas such as epidemiology and genetics, diagnostic criteria, pathogenesis and new treatment modalities, experimental therapy, among others.
