I'm looking for information about gluten free dining at the University of
VT. I tried talking with admissions, who sent me to residential life, who
sent me to dining services, who sent me to Marketing. No one seems able to
give me any information. I hate for my son's choice of college to be
determined by a school's dining halls, but hey, a kid's got to be able to
eat! I would love to hear if anyone out there has had any experiences eating
gluten-free at UVM.
