In education circles these are known as "Action Plans", without the
"Surprise or Unplanned Events" rectangle. I'll have to suggest they
include that one, as there sure are plenty of them in education. Ruth

Beautiful piece! I will be forwarding this to my workmates where a new
document, "My Plans for the Week", has just been created by upper
management, where the paper sheet is divided like a paper towel roll, and
on to which we are supposed to write our weekly work plan. It was given
to us with a series of rectangles for " Tasks & Projects" / "Action
Taken" / "End of Week Results". I asked for a received an additional set
of rectangles added at the end titled "Surprises or Unplanned Events". It
is now referred to by staff as the "Surprise Plan" and is much more
practical as a descriptor of our real life experience in this wonderfully
curious museum place.
