I have a friend's daughter who we are suspecting is gluten intolerant. (Stomach pain, belching a ton, not growing.)  She has been tested for celiac through bloodwork and an endoscopy as well - both negative for celiac.  My friend's question is for anyone who is gluten intolerant but not celiac -- how did you get diagnosed or what questions should she have to try to get diagnosed.  Or is gluten intolerant diagnosed just by eliminating gluten from the diet.
