Hi.
I'd like to upgrade a PCI clone S3 Virge DX based (seems slow) on a P200
(at 3x75 and 3x83) with a 17" monitor, looking for a fast card popular
between gamers. Requirements:
-Overclockable (PCI at 37.5 and 41.5 MHz).
-May be with 3D functions, or may be I add a Voodoo2 card.
-Drivers for os's, with flexibility on the vertical refresh:
-W95: fully supported. Resolution up to 1600x1200, true color.
-OS/2 Warp 3: just required to exist, with something better than
640x480x16 VGA.
-Linux: should be well supported with an X server.
Up to now I'm thinking of:
-Matrox Mystique + Voodoo2. It seems that there are succesful X servers;
-Creative Graphics Blaster Exxtreme, with Permedia 2 chip;
but I am not clear on both of their good support in Linux (Xfree86 X Window)
and OS/2.
If someone is satisfied with his card in a similar multi os situation, I'd
appreciate his comments.
TIA, Javier Vizcaino.

Starting point: (-1)^(-1) = -1
Applying logarithms: (-1)*ln(-1) = ln(-1)
Since ln(-1) <> 0, dividing: -1 = 1 (ln(-1) is complex, but exists)
