With todays components it is rare to actually go past the limit on a 200W
power supply, but things you would notice if you were overdrawing is random
reboots, crashes, overheating, failure to start up, even a burning out of
the supply is a possibility, I run one system on a 170W supply with 2 hard
drives, two floppies and a CDROM, plus the board, lots of other things (like
sound card, internal modems, etc.) and two extra fans and I have never had
problems. TTYL
