I bought a cassette recorder from someone in Denver once years ago and he 
put it in a box with the front of the deck right against the cardboard 
with no packing.  Guess what, it was broken, and when I complained, he 
said he couldn't do anything.  How people pack or rather don't pack stuff 
amazes me.
