I think John on the list said you could get them without being a member, but
that he didn't know how to accomplish that.
Maybe a quick call to the ARRL would get you the info.
Again, something has happened to my members only subscription, since I'm not
getting the bulletins automatically any more, so I have to check on that
when I get the chance here.

I used to get them without being a member. You'd think they'd pass around
such things to all hams interested but to join just to get their bulletins
isn't worth it to me.
