Such design principles were well known by many in both the 18th and 19th 
centuries. However, by the 21st century much has been forgotten. 
Implementation of the principles is a simple matter of using the, then 
well known, Mind Hand and Heart method, requiring minor usage of the 
associated anatomical parts. Please refer to this illustration, which 
makes the method readily apparent:
