Well, Sarah, I am not unfamiliar with your sentiments.  I had serious 
differences with Handiham back in the 80's when they took some action 
against me that was totally unwarranted, but I later solved the problem by 
producing some documentation that proved them wrong.  But they still refused 
to apologize for their actions, or to take steps to see that such a thing 
never happened again.  But I think it is a little better now than it was 
then.
