I just got a great cookbook in the mail. Look around online. I paid $31, free shipping...I think from Targum press. But I have seen it for astronomical (high) prices online. Barnes and Noble claims it is out of print, but they are wrong.
It is called PESACH---Anything's Possible, over 350 non-gebrochts, gluten-free, wheat-free recipes, by Tamar Ansh.
Published by MENUCHA PUBLISHERS

ISBN 978-1-568-71-497-4
The recipes are to die for. (For my non-Jewish list mates....Pesach is the Hebrew word for Passover, but these recipes are perfect for gluten-free, year-round.)
