<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi all, Here are a list of sites people sent me, in addition to Celiacs in the House (http://celiacsinthehouse.com) and Book of Yum (http://www.bookofyum.com/blog/). One person noted that lots of people on this list have websites and recipes, and I look forward to checking them out as I learn about them! So, a big thanks to folks who sent me links. Here they are: http://www.wheatfreemeatfree.com/ http://www.glutenfreeonashoestring.com http://forums.delphiforums.com/celiac/messages/msg=14862.1 http://www.gfzing.com// http://gfrecipes.com/ http://paleofood.com/ http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/gluten-free And y'all probably know about most of the following, but I had them in my favorites, so I thought I'd list them too, in no particular order. http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/ http://glutenfreegirl.com/ http://www.elanaspantry.com/ http://glutenfreemommy.com/ http://glutenfreeday.com/ http://www.celiacchicks.com/ http://www.noglutennoproblem.blogspot.com/ http://www.heythattastesgood.com http://www.glutenfreecookingschool.com/blog/ http://beyondriceandtofu.com/ As a side note, there was recently a post to this list about Celiac Chicks website sending out viruses. Kelly at Celiac Chicks now has a long blog post at the site about the steps she's taken to successfully solve the problem. I myself got zapped with a pretty significant virus when I was working on this summary a week ago. Don't know if it came from there -- didn't think I could get a virus from just visiting a website so I don't blame Celiac Chicks -- but I thought it might be good to give folks a heads up about the type of virus I had. It hid all my programs and files, reporting a major system error and threatening me with a loss of all my data. A fake diagnostic software opened up, invited me to scan my computer, reported numerous hardware problems, and told me I could fix it by paying for a more deluxe version of the fake software. If I had done that, the bad guys would have max-ed out my card AND wrecked my files. Fortunately I didn't fall for it and got my computer to a repair shop and got all my stuff restored. It was a bit scary, and a good reminder to back up my files and keep my anti-virus software up-to-date! Happy holidays!
