I would like recommendations for mixes that people like and use in their
bread machines.

At home I make home-made gf bread; but my college age daughter would like to
start to bake her own bread at school. She has a bread machine. Mixes seem
handier than keeping the many various ingredients on hand which we use for
baking!

So: in terms of flavor, convenience, and nutrition - suggestions?

Thanks so much! lynn
