The restaurants Riva, Bubba Gump and Harry Carey's were noted the most to be accommodating at Navy Pier. Bubba Gumps has an actual GF menu.

We ended up at Bubba Gumps since our toddler was starving and it seemed to be the most family friendly of the three. The meal was good. They have a smallish gluten free menu but there were plenty of choices for lunch and the meal was safe.
