The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness announces that two members of
the GREAT Association have completed the registration of their products as
gluten-free.  Both of these products continue to test below 5 ppm and are
for use in restaurants and cafeterias.  

 

JM Garret has produced a gluten-free breaded boneless chicken chunk for

RC Fine Foods has produced a line of gluten-free soup bases for foodservice.
