Rick,
A Windom is a half wave dipole but not fed in the center. You have roughly
2/3 of the antenna on one side of the feed point and 1/3 on the other.
Direct coax feed with a balun included at the feed point. Either 4:1, or
6:1 depending on who is building it. I think Howard mentioned it in an
effort to try and take the best advantage of your lot and location of
existing tower.
