No one is responding because no one has any experience with this
combination.  

If you haven't done so already (I don't remember), download and install HRD
so you know how it works.  Try one of their "demo-matic" radio interfaces;
perhaps TenTec is one of the manufacturers.

Download the Jupiter manual and/or its CAT (computer control) manual and see
what commands are supported (such as S-meter readout.

Join a TenTec e-mail list and ask questions about computer control.
