Hi list:

I'm glad to hear that the blind ops net was a rezounding success yesterday.
I'm hoping to be albe to check in my self, once I have my new HF transceiver and remote station set up in a couple of months or so.
I have a question about Ham Radio Deluxe, I think a couple of users on this list might have a bit more experience with the program than I do.
How do I get the sound from a connected transceiver to come through the computer and HRD?
I setup my backup rig here in my apartment connected to a laptop running windows xp pro and used window eyes and remote desktop to handle the connection over a lan.
Connecting to the laptop using a netbook, I was able to activate and control HRd. Even the Microsoft Text to speech voice, which HRD uses, was successfully streamed to my Netbook.
However, when I connected my backup rig, I could not hear any audio on the netbook. I connected the rig's external spker port, to the line in port on my Laptop. I tried skype and the same was the result, no audio.
So I'm wondering if there's something HRD can do to receive the audio as well from a connected transceiver.
