Whatever stone you need, Metropolitan Stone can do it. John O'Connor is a great resource, knows his stone and stone sources, and provides a beautifully tooled and elegantly shaped final product. I've worked with John for over 20 years, and have always enjoyed the relationship and spectacular results on my projects.

As an example, John recreated lovely Ionic column capitals in Ohio sandstone based on 2D drawings and sketchy original documents. This required his artistic eye to make they look "real" in all dimensions. He has all the latest machinery, but still knows when to work by hand, and has a great crew.

Say "hello" for me, if you give him a call...
