Don't know the part number off hand, but it is a common item and  I think 
the same cable fits a number of Kenwood's and maybe some Icom's as well.

So if the power supply is bad, why not just cut the  wire  off and  attach 
it to the Astron?
  Don't know what is on the power supply end of the cable attached to the 
PS-430, but you can just cut it off and attach the wires to the large bolts 
which are the terminals on the Astron.
