Good stuff, but not state-of-the-art, for that there is a recent post on 
the pemmican thread at zeroinginonhealth.com, where a member boldly goes 
where none has (recently) gone before  ;)
and powdered the jerky with two rocks on a sheet! Used a sheet because 
she had no buffalo hide, and bits fly.
She wrote that it was easy and quick.
