Paula, thanks for this. I read all the links Geoff provided and just am 
not sure I could convince any of my sisters to even consider raw paleo. 
Especially my one sis who's a Jehovah's Witness and any possibility of 
blood in food is a big no-no. So your post gives me hope that my sisters 
can find at least some relief. Thanks, again.
