Pat, I don't know what you can do because what 
you have said is in their rules and regulations 
in black and white.  The only option I can think 
of is to drop part b of Medicare and go without 
coverage.  I don't think they will reverse 
something that is stated plainly in their 
rules.  Because a person doesn't know the rules 
or has other coverage is not grounds for a 
reversal.  That is why, when I went back on SSDI, 
awhile ago, I took Medicare, even though I didn't 
need it.  I knew that if I didn't take it, I would really pay for it, later.
