"Why leave your good work to decay? Just because the building belongs to
someone else? That's no excuse. By the mid-1980s I too got tired of
seeing this. So, I started doing maintenance programming for my
customers. When I finish a job I give them written maintenance
recommendations. "


Really good point John.  

I remember years ago when I was messing around with pottery I read and
article about sellingpots and the point being was that most potters were
craftsmen and not businessmen.  It went on to discuss business exacly
like you have just done.

It's a bidness regardless of how good a craftsperson you are.
