Middle Georgia GIG will meet Saturday, August 15, 11:00 am at Central Baptist 
Church, 1120 Lake Joy Road, Warner Robins.  We will meet on the third floor 
via the elevator. 

Our program - Common Nutrient Deficiencies in the Gluten-Free Diet
will be presented by Gabriela Foghus, RD from Organic Bistro.  There will be 
time for Q&A as well as sampling of the Organic Bistro meals.

Although not necessary, feel free to bring a snack to share.  If you do, bring a 
list of ingredients as well.  A swap table will be available if you care to trade 
gluten free items.
