Now you've got me thinking.

I may have found the files on line, and did some sort of conversion to text.

It has been so long ago, though, that I can't remember the specifics.

I'd suggest that someone call the ARRL and talk to them directly about this.

They now have a person there specifically in charge of ARRL's em-com 
activities, and it probably would be good for him/her to be aware of our 
needs in this regard.

The other thing I would suggest is that if you take the courses on line, 
work directly with the mentor you are provided, because he/she might also be 
able to help with the file conversion process.

I remember submitting all of my course activities in Word format, and my 
mentors for each course had no problem with that.

I don't know how helpful I'm being here, but hopefully, at least somewhat.
