As most of you know, I used to own a race car, I couldn't find anyone who
knew how to drive a standard to check the clutch and I heard form someone
who ran it before I bought it the clutch was bad, so, I took it down my very
dead street, at a very dead time of day with someone. I figured if someone
was going to ruin the clutch it was going to be me. I must say, I did very
well and it wasn't the clutch that was gone it was the shift linkage. that
was fun, and I must admit, it was quite a rush having that power there when
I got on the gas. I used to put it on and off the trailer sometimes too if
it was safe.
