they are available at Lowes or Home Depot, either hammer or trigger
a bit expensive & involved for the DIY task
I wld go w/ the tapcons, cheaper, less stress, everyone can drill (no?) 
(masonry nails are ok if you can hammer real well -- but not so good 
hammering through aggregate)
I used to use a 22 a whole lot shooting in steel stud in concrete 
highrize construction, holster model

nobody has suggested 4" cmu walls, heck, why not glass block?
