Disagree, The 250 filter slips in seemlessly, you will notice the difference 
during contesting.  It eliminates strong close signals that the DSP can't 
keep out of the AGC circuit.  The head phone jack is on the control head, 
The speaker and din plugs are under the little plastic cover.
