Hi All,

I am thinking very hard about picking up an Icom R71A receiver from a
friend. I have it here now and it has the speech board in it. I like it
very much but wonder if anyone on the list has a manual in electronic format
for it?

Also, I plan on using this as my bedside receiver. Of course, it is only SW
coverage along with AM and LW but does not cover the FM broadcast band.
Does anyone on the list have one of those little FM converters such as they
used to make to give you mono FM on an old car AM radio? I would like to at
least receive FM broadcast if I could but need something like that to
achieve it.

Thanks much all and very 73. Happy New Year to all.

Kevin :)
