yep, and why even the basic amateur radio license examination insures that 
you know about installing antennas and power lines.
It's all through the tech license material, even in the novice class had to 
know about power lines and their potential danger when erecting antennas.
This is a tragic story, but so very easily avoidable.
No doubt some less than bright politician or advocacy group will now yell 
and scream about antenna restrictions and try to make laws to save us from 
ourselves.
