there sure is.
LDG was making a pair of swr meters, known as the TW1, for 1.8-30MHZ and
50-54MHZ, and the TW2 for 50-54MHZ and 144-148 as well as 420-450MHZ.
at any rate, LDG stopped making them a while ago, but there are still a few
around.

the tw2 is selling right now for $89, and the tw1 for $99.
several hams on this list use one or both meters.
They speak power output, reflected power, and SWR. They also have antenna
tuning, and amplifier tuning modes onboard...basically this means you can
have the meter emit a tone for tuning the antenna to the lowest swr, or
tuning an amplifier for max output.
