Hi again!

To continue my rambling :): Some of you may remember that I was going
to a mental health center called Daybreak Mental Wellness. Well, things
aren't quite the same anymore, as we know is bound to happen. Because
of budget cuts, we gradually had to scale down on extravagant parties
and outings. Then we had to go down to three hours a day, four days a
week. The staff were generous and allowed us to hang around during the
afternoon hours on those days, and we still had some nice bingo prizes.
Then we got cut again, so we ended up moving to a smaller building in
May this year, where there was only room for about 15 clients at a time,
so Gracie and I had to go to morning or afternoon groups. But by the
end of last year, each of us had to choose between having what is called
Psychosocial rehab (PSR), or group. We had been able to have both, but
no more. I've decided, at least for the time, to go to and from
Daybreak to meet with my PSR worker, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Daybreak no longer offers group, just case management, PSR and
counseling; as far as I know that's all. I'm tentatively looking for
volunteer work, hopefully something I can do with the computer. Any
suggestions?

Well, guess I'll stop here and make another message.

Until then,

Sharon
