That's true -- good idea. But I'm not sure how enjoyable a diet of less 
protein, very low carbs and heaps of ghee would be.  On the other hand, I could 
see how a diet with heavy cream and things like brie, mascarpone and other 
very high fat cheeses could be quite enjoyable for those who tolerate dairy.
