If you have an Outback Steak House near you, that's a great place to get
prime rib. If you ask, they'll cook it a little under, and then season it
and grill it for a few minutes. It is out of this world! I got a 20 oz
one the other day and ate the whole thing (which sounds amazing, but
remember, no potato, no bread, no appetizer...)

Ideally, I want the fat hot and greasy and the meat warmer then
room temperature.
