Sounds good Ron. Let me know if you need further input and I hope I can read
your draft of that section of the book before publication and maybe offer
some more ideas.

Also, Wiley Long wrote about increased growth hormone (which also
contributes to bone mineral density) from eating meats and fish, and optimal
sodium/potassium ration in the latest Paleo Diet Update newsletter.

Thanks, Marilyn. It was inspired by Ron's brilliant initial post on the
subject. I was intending on mainly lurking here going forward, but Ron's
post largely answered one of my mysteries, prompted me to investigate
further and I couldn't resist sharing what I found.

It was also nice to have an opportunity to discuss a point that I disagree
with Dr. Cordain on and show that while I admire his work and his polite and
rational style my purpose here has never been to blindly defend him or
anyone else.
