Hi Ron,
Were you taking D3 supplements at the same time? Also, how much 
magnesium, and any potassium or calcium? Any greens or berries, or 
just meat and fat? I'm in my early fifties with some possible bone 
loss. Trying to get my doctor to order a dexa scan so I can track the 
results of my current regime.
