I honestly don't know anymore. I seem to do ok with turkey and chicken. I
tried having just tallow one day and reacted to it as well.

I wonder if the constant, daily bloating going on since November last year
now is related to the HR issue. It's driving me nuts and some days I feel
like giving up. Life should not be this hard. I eat meat and fat now and
STILL look like I am pregnant. I read an article on POTS which my doctor
thinks I have and which fits me to a T
http://home.att.net/~potsweb/POTS.html. It mentions bloating, uncommon food
allergies, and also fluid in the abdomen. Now if I could get someone to look
into this but they all get hung up on my thyroid looking "weird". I am on T3
medication, have been hypo for years so my TSH is suppressed from the T3
meds, my FT4 is low because my body doesn't really make much T4, but my FT3
is normal. The electrophysiologist I went to see wants me to see an endo to
get my thyroid "straightened out" before he'll check into the HR issue
further. If I see an endo they'll want to put me on Syncrap and I am not
going to take it.

As for the GB issue - could that be related to taking digestive enzymes.
Looking back, it seems they have happened several times (not sure if EVERY
time) when taking higher doses of a digestive enzyme. Wouldn't that be a
nice solution?!
