Hello-
I usually use a flour blend for my cookies of: 2 cups rice flour, 2/3 cup
potato starch and 1/3 cup tapioca flour.
I do not have any potato starch in the house and have a bag of potato flour
that i bought a long time ago and thought it was the same thing as the
potato starch. Can they be substituted at all???
