Are SIPS panels actually "century" building materials? Do we know for 
sure that the plastic foam and it's adhesion to the skin of the panel 
(and for that matter, the skin itself) will have a life measured in 
centuries? What are the modes of failure with SIPS? If the siding that's 
applied to the SIPS fails and lets in water can spot repairs be done on 
the panel, or does the entire panel have to be replaced?

I don't know, just asking.
