My guess is that it is likely to be either a Hy-Gain, or a Cushcraft.
Assuming that the antenna has been assembled and in the air at some
previous time, here is what I would do for starters.
Find a sighted ham in your area who has assembled any brand of hf
beam.
This person should be able to examine the ends of the element
sections, and determine from that inspection approximately how far
each piece of tubing telescopes into the next.
They can do the same for where each element was previously attached to
the boom.
This process will get you in the ballpark, but you will still want to
find a manual if possible.
If you can't find a manual, have someone look at designs in various
antenna books or internet sites, and use that information to fill in
the gaps.
A 4 element single band beam is a great performer on any hf band.
