Hi Kevin, the radioshack htx202, _is not_ the same radio as is the Icom 
ic2at.  the ic2at is a thumbwheel frequency controled rig, the 02at is a 
keyboard controled radio.

The Commercial version of the ic02at, the ICV16, is similar to the htx202, 
having a selector knob, and public service band availibility, where the 202 
series will not go out of band.
Sorry for all the confusion, thanks to Dave for the clarification, and to
