Hi Al,

Tell you what, for an antenna 8 feet off the ground, you're doing just fine.
Even get that one up 20 more feet or so and it would make a big difference.
If you get that Titan, that ought to really be an improvement.

Take care, very 73 and happy New Year to you and yours.

Kevin :)

Subject: Great Net!

Hi All
That was a good net today on 14258. I could hear Tom and Kevin real =
well. I could also get an occasional word from Lloyd and Gary from MS.
Hope to have a better antenna sometime soon. I am negotiating with a guy =
who has a used Gap Titan that I may be able to get sometime in January. =
Then I'll have to negotiate with some of the gang from the local A R C =
to help me assemble and erect it since I am still not able to do any =
physical work while I mend from rotator cuff surgery. In the meantime my =
barefoot TS-440 and off-center fed dipole at 8 feet will have to do.
Looking forward to next Sundays' net.
