Thanks Ron, I'll try that. I'm using JAWS 11 so hopefully it will work.

Hi Gary,

I don't know about any other screen readers, but with later versions of
JAWS, there is a 'page refresh' both under verbosity settings and also under

configuration manager that will freeze the page and will not allow the page
to refresh. This setting works on QRZ--although being a huge sports fan, I
am sorry to say that it does not work on Yahoo Sports, ESPN scoreboard or
half a dozen other pages. So whatever those other pages are doing, the turn

page refresh to off has no effect. On qRZ however, the feature still works.

One other thing is noteworthy if you are using later versions of JAWS.
After you type in your callsign look up in the edit field and wait for the
page to load, you can move down to the simple listing (usually about 20
lines down or search for the callsign using the JAWS find Control + F
keystroke) you can then move down below the basic information and route your

JAWS to PC cursor and then left click (numpad slash keystroke) on the 'click

for more details' line of text. This line does not show up as clickable,
but with the JAWS cursor, it most certainly is. You should then press
insert + escape to refresh the virtual screen and you will see that 'click
for more details' changes to 'click for less.' You can then read and if you

want, copy the resulting additional information to use for other purposes.

I agree... Does anyone know a way to stop it from moving? It didn't use to
do that. Is that something new or did I change something in my settings to
cause it? If so, how do I get the old settings back?

Has got to be about the most frustrating website I've ever used. It's
changed a million times since I originally signed up and it is about as
aggravating as a bear with a sore hind end.
