I'd like to suggest we go along with your time on 20 meters somewhere around
14.253 as suggested earlier with the agreement to move up to the first clear
spot if that is taken.  I would also suggest trying 40 meters but one hour
later at 0200Z  That still wouldn't be too late for our east coast friends
and might work.  What do you and others think?

Tom,

I'd suggest scheduling the net for 7.197 as usual, with an alternate 
frequency on 75 meters if nobody hears anything on 40.  Not foolproof, but 
as simple as I can make it.
